Enjoy a customized experience. Learn how to meditate, design a practice that fits your needs and meditation type, or take your meditation practice to the next level. Perfect for decreasing anxiety and stress, and increasing attention and focus. Sessions begin with an introduction and overview of posture and breathing techniques, and are followed by an immersive experience.

This option is available virtually and in-person. Private sessions can range in size from one-on-one to small groups, up to 3 people. Larger and corporate groups are also available.

Service is offered as private pay, stand-alone service.
